Slumber party!

One of the things that I was really looking forward to in Minnesota was having a slumber party with our nieces, Eleanor and Ada. We finally got around to doing it this past Tuesday night (the kids have this week off from school). A fun time was had by all!

We luckily had some snow the night before. It was nice and sticky- perfect for making a snowman!

Henry LOVED being pulled around in the sled!

We also spent time inside, with Eleanor practicing the piano a lot. I had plenty of activities planned as well. We played with play-doh, made scrapbooks and cards, made granola (which I unfortunately burned horribly), and made friendship bracelets.

We had breakfast for dinner. I learned that although Eleanor is a vegetarian, she does make an exception for bacon. Uncle Ben calls it the "gateway meat".

Bedtime stories by Fran were a big hit! Henry just loved being in on the action with his cousins. He could not wait to wake up and play with them again in the morning!

I'm looking forward to doing it again soon!
